Len E. Williams

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT of PEOPLE'S UTAH BANCORP AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF ALTABANK
Len E. Williams has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of People's Utah Bancorp and as CEO of Altabank since January 2018. He has also been a director of People's Utah Bancorp and Altabank since March 2017. Mr. Williams was a former director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Bancorp, which was a Nasdaq-listed company from 2006 until the company was sold in 2014. Under his leadership, the company acquired two banks. Mr. Williams has over 35 years of successful commercial banking experience, serving Fifth Third Bank and Key Bank in many leadership roles. Mr. Williams holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.


Mark K. Olson

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, PEOPLE'S UTAH BANCORP AND ALTABANK
Mark K. Olson has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of People's Utah Bancorp and Altabank since January 2018. Mr. Olson brings more than 30 years of financial services experience having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of California Republic Bank, Heritage Oaks Bank, and Santa Barbara Bank & Trust. He also served as Vice President and Finance Director for Goldman Sachs Bank, USA. Mr. Olson was also Senior Vice President and Controller for Western Financial Bank. Mr. Olson is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA, and worked for Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.


Rick W. Anderson

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, ALTABANK
Rick W. Anderson serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Altabank. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Altabank from 2013 to 2015. Previously he served as a director, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of Far West Bancorporation. He has been in the banking industry for more than 40 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Judd P. Kirkham

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER, ALTABANK
Judd P. Kirkham is a member of the Bank's Executive Management Committee. Most recently, Mr. Kirkham was Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager for PIB. Prior to joining Altabank, Mr. Kirkham worked for 17 years at Zions Bank in various roles in commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, and regional retail credit management. Mr. Kirkham graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is currently attending Pacific Coast Banking School ("PCBS").

Ryan H. Jones

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF LENDING OFFICER, ALTABANK
Ryan H. Jones has more than 18 years of banking experience and has been with Altabank since 2005. Mr. Jones is a member of the Bank's Executive Management Committee and has been involved with loan and deposit generation through various commercial and retail outlets in his career. Ryan was also instrumental in establishing a treasury services department at the Bank. Ryan has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Utah, an MBA from Arizona State University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.

Chris Linford

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER, ALTABANK
Christine (Chris) Linford joined Altabank in November 2018 as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. Ms. Linford is a member of the Bank's Executive Management Committee. Ms. Linford has over 17 years of experience providing human resources support and leadership in the financial industry. The majority of those years were in the Washington, D.C. metro area. While serving as Senior Vice President at Bank of Georgetown in Washington, D.C., Chris led the human resources and marketing departments, which included corporate administration and management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, recruiting, training and board of director relations. Prior to joining PIB, Ms. Linford was the Vice President of Human Resources for Mountain America Credit Union. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Maryland.
