Len E. Williams

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT of PEOPLE'S UTAH BANCORP AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF PEOPLE'S INTERMOUNTAIN BANK
Len E. Williams has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of People’s Utah Bancorp and as CEO of People’s Intermountain Bank since January 2018. He has also been a director of People's Utah Bancorp and People's Intermountain Bank since March 2017. Mr. Williams was a former director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Bancorp, which was a Nasdaq-listed company from 2008 until the company was sold in 2014. Under his leadership, the company acquired two banks. Mr. Williams has over 35 years of successful commercial banking experience, serving Fifth Third Bank and Key Bank in many leadership roles. Mr. Williams holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.


Mark K. Olson

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, PEOPLE'S UTAH BANCORP AND PEOPLE'S INTERMOUNTAIN BANK
Mark K. Olson joined People's Utah Bancorp in July 2017 and took over as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of People’s Utah Bancorp and People's Intermountain Bank in January 2018. Mark brings more than 27 years of financial services experience, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of California Republic Bancorp, a public company that was recently sold to Mechanics Bank. Mark has extensive experience with public companies having served as Chief Financial Officer of several other publicly held banking organizations during his banking career, including Heritage Oaks Bancorp and Pacific Capital Bancorp. He also served as Vice President and Finance Director for Goldman Sachs Bank, USA. He is currently serving on the advisory committee of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.


Rick W. Anderson

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, PEOPLE’S INTERMOUNTAIN BANK
Rick W. Anderson serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of People's Intermountain Bank. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for People’s Intermountain Bank from 2013 to 2015. Previously he served as a director and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Far West Bancorporation. He has been in the banking industry for more than 40 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.


Judd P. Kirkham

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER, PEOPLE’S INTERMOUNTAIN BANK
Judd P. Kirkham is a member of the Bank’s Executive Management Committee. Most recently, Mr. Kirkham was Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager for PIB. Prior to joining PIB, Mr. Kirkham worked for 17 years at Zions Bank in various roles in commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, and regional retail credit management. Mr. Kirkham graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is currently attending Pacific Coast Banking School (“PCBS”).

Ryan H. Jones

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF LENDING OFFICER, PEOPLE’S INTERMOUNTAIN BANK
Ryan H. Jones has more than 18 years of banking experience and has been with People’s Intermountain Bank since 2005. Mr. Jones is a member of the Bank’s Executive Management Committee and has been involved with loan and deposit generation through various commercial and retail outlets in his career. Ryan was also instrumental in establishing a treasury services department at the Bank. Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utah, an MBA from Arizona State University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
